Ruth Alas, Halil Demirer, and Necdet Bilgin
Abstract—This empirical study in Turkish hotels contributes to our understanding of how work related values influence the readiness to change. Empirical research with 1267 indicates that work related values predict attitudes toward change and organizational learning. Guidelines for managers and a model are subsequently developed.

Index Terms—Organizational change, attitudes toward change, organizational learning, work-related values, Turkey.
